What? Five Months Old, Already??

For those of us around children a good bit, we all know that sometimes they mispronounce words or put words in the wrong context sometimes. For me, it is always sad to correct them, even though I know I need to. They learn all too soon how to correctly say things...can I just keep them little a little longer? I mean...it is just toooo cute! They keep me giggling!!

Just this week -
Sydney on the phone with my dad: "Hey, Pop, whatcha doin' up to?"

Cade wanting me to come outside to see his "experience" (he was playing with water and had done an experiment).

Sydney thinks our family lives at Mississippi State instead of in the state of Mississippi.

Cade saw an "ambleeance" going down the road.

Sydney always asks for a "zert" after dinner.

Take Me Out to the Ballgame!

Cade-man decided he wanted to try baseball this season. We are a one-extracurricular-activity-at-a-time kind of family these days...so, baseball, it is! Well, we had our first game this past Saturday, the 6th. And, he really likes it so far...Go Marlins!! He was so silly...having so much fun with his new friends. He chose his number to match his age...good thinking, I thought...won't forget your number that way. Getting a last minute lesson from the assistant coach, old dad. And, the pitch and the swing...and the hit! Go Cade!
