crazy about colorado

I had never been to Colorado before....but, two weeks ago, we were there. And, it was amazingly beautiful! The mountains were majestic, the snow was breathtaking - everywhere we turned, we were in awe of God's creation. We went on our first family ski trip with the Allens and had a ball! Mimi and Papaw orchestrated the whole thing and found us a great condo for our Christmas present this year. Bear was able to fly for the first time. Most of us skied for the first time. All in all, we had a TERRIFIC trip - so much fun!

Our Bear LOVED seeing all the planes at the airport! First thing we did after landing in Denver was to visit Broncos stadium....and, look who I found Tebowing. We had such a fun day that first day - we had a ski instructor and put the big kids in ski school.
My big kid REALLY liked skiing - and got pretty good too! This girl kind of enjoyed herself too! She liked meeting the other kids in school and being on her own all day with her instructors. She is my "miss independent"! Then, there was snow mobiling...... And, there was ice skating..... There was playing in the snow....
And, there was lots of fun!!! It was just beautiful - snow, hot chocolate, family time, trying new things....enjoying a gorgeous part of God's world!!!
